At Elegância Salon, our goal is to provide professional, innovative, and quality hair care services for all clients.
The staff at Elegância Salon goes through every effort to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We value you and your time. Your appointments are very important to us, they are reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we have instituted the following policies to make your time with us a memorable and lasting one.
Before requesting or making an appointment, please take the time to thoroughly read our policies, as no exceptions apply.

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
Corrective services must be the result of an error on part of the service provider, not a client change of heart after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by salon management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any errors. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
Please keep in mind, previous box colors or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
LATE SHOWS/ CANCELLATIONS:
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, your appointment is scheduled with accuracy and is reserved especially for you.
If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service, however, at times appointments may have to be rescheduled.
Elegância Salon appointment times are limited due to high demand. For this reason, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours advance notice as we may be able to accommodate another guest.
Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without a 24 hour notice, will require a credit card pre-payment of 50% of the scheduled service to secure your next appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. In the event of a no show, cancellation or excessively late show, the deposit is non-refundable and forfeited.
If your schedule is constantly changing, we suggest calling for a same-day appointment.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment by email (48 hours in advance) and/ or by phone (24 hours prior to your appointment date). However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is client responsibility to remember scheduled appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and potentially the loss of deposit.
Again, we understand that emergencies do happen and we do show sensitivity in such situations.
All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As your desired hair needs are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns and problems that we can resolve- we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied.
We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.
